The Author

Written from the inside.

Misti Lantz lives with multiple sclerosis. She didn't imagine Milo, Drift, Ember, Prism, Whisper, and Willow — she lives with them every day. Rowan & the Yetis is the book she needed and couldn't find: one that gives children and families the words to name what's happening without shame or explanation.

Published through Barnes & Noble Press in 2026, the book is the first in a planned series — one volume for each Yeti, each symptom, each story of living fully inside an invisible life.
