We collect only what is necessary to operate this site:

• Email address — only when you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter.
• Usage data — anonymized analytics data (pages visited, time on site, referral source) collected through Google Analytics. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.
• Quiz & game interactions — the “Find Your Yeti” quiz and matching game run entirely in your browser. We do not store, transmit, or retain any quiz answers or results.

We do not collect names, addresses, payment information, or any sensitive personal data.

• Newsletter email — used solely to send updates about the book, release dates, and Rowan & the Yetis news. We will never sell or share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Analytics data — used to understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it. Data is aggregated and anonymous.

• Google Cloud Run — our website hosting provider. Hosting providers may log IP addresses for security purposes in standard server logs.

Rowan & the Yetis is a children's book, and while children enjoy the interactive features on this site, we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.

The newsletter signup is intended for parents, caregivers, educators, and adults only. Children should not submit any personal information on this site. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us, please contact us immediately at TheYetis@mindxpansion.ai and we will promptly delete it.

This site complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

This site uses minimal cookies. Google Analytics may set anonymous tracking cookies. The site's interactive game runs entirely in browser memory and sets no cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
